Amenities: Separate Women’s Only Area, 3 Group Exercise Areas, Cardio Theatre, Cardio TV Room, More Than 50, Cardio Piece, Free Weights, Free Towel Service, State of the Art Equipment , Sauna/Steam Rooms in both Women’s and Men’s Locker Rooms.

Hours: Monday - Friday 5am-11pm, Saturday - Sunday 8am-8pm.
